You can buy a slightly used Nikon D90 for about $350 – $1000 depending on condition, accessories and supplier. You could save $800+. That’s a lot of money. What Condition is a Used Nikon D90 In?
This is a huge concern for lots of people but it need not be. Most used Nikon D90’s are in excellent condition and here is why. Professional and amateur photographers take excellent care of their cameras. They do not treat it like a teenager might. They spent a lot of money on it plus its their passion. It only makes sense that they would handle it with respect and care.
Most professional photographers get their cameras serviced once a year. The service includes cleaning, inspection and repair if needed. This is performed by a certified Nikon repair station.
I have seen quite a few used Nikon cameras and all were in tip-top shape…no damage or scratches. They all looked New. You may see a slight amount of wear on the grip. But its usually minimal.
