Canon EOS 70D Refurbished Digital SLR Camera – $300 discount
So what is a refurbished Canon EOS 70D camera?
A refurbished Canon 70D is a camera that was bought as New and then returned to the store for some reason. The reason for the return could be anything like a scratch, blemish, missing parts, wrong model, wrong color, missing manual, damaged box or buyers remorse or just about anything. You can return most items for any reason today. There could be nothing wrong with it.
When the retail store receives the return, it is sent to a certified repair station for inspection, testing and/or repair. Returned items cannot be resold as New. Canon does not permit this. The certified repair station inspects, cleans and repairs the camera and then repackages it as the Canon factory does with the exception of a new factory box. The refurbished camera is put back in the same back it came in which maybe damaged slightly. The refurbished camera must pass all functionality tests and must not have any physical damage. After it has been refurbished and packaged, it is sent to a Canon retailer for resale.
The Canon retailer or dealer will discount the refurbished Canon camera significantly, like hundreds of dollars below the retail price of a new Canon. These will also come with a warranty for a short period of time depending on the age of the model. Refurbished cameras are a great buy. You get a “Like New” camera that is fully functional for much less than a new one. You win.
